I like the politeness of the hotel staff.
I can say there wasn't anything I didn't like.

I enjoyed my stay at this motel, the staff was very friendly. The rooms were small but
I still love the set up.

Microwave and refrigerator.
The walls are thin and the rooms are way too small.

Micro means small so you have to keep that in mind. That explains the small rooms. This hotel is good for a brief stay of one night but I would not recommend it for extended stay. I expected just a little more for the price. The room should have been at least $10-15 cheaper but it did have a microwave and refrigerator so that did made up for it's deficiencies. ...read more

The accomodations they made because of your negligence.
We were moved to a room with a sofa & bed. Had to retreive & make bed ourselves.

Hotel was great. The staff was friendly but it felt like a welfare stay because of the room changes on your part. I blame you with our embarrassment and the frustration of the staff for you causing them to overbook. ...read more

Even though pets were not allowed, they made an exception for our miniature poodle by giving us a ground floor room by an exit door. They were very courteous.

The hotel was clean, employees were friendly and very convenient location.
The hotel door made a great deal of noise.

This hotel had very reasonable rates, continental breakfast, friendly employees, and tried to accommodate the hotel guest. Due to the fact a lot of people were running from Hurricane Gustav, the employees were very helpful and professional. ...read more

The front desk person was great.
The rooms are too small.

The breakfast had no hot foods and they had no suitcase holder or dirty clothes bags or nay extras.

The person working the desk made every effort to be helpful.
We did not get the room we had reserved and ended up with one bed instead of two.

I had called twice and confirmed that my reservation was for two rooms with two queen beds each. One call was made the day before our arrival. Upon arrival I found one of the rooms to only contain one bed which since we were traveling in a large party with 4 adults which only two could share a bed or a room made things very difficult. The hotel staff wanted to help but the hotel was booked solid with softball teams and so we ended up putting our small children on roll away beds and sleeping 5 people in one room which was completely unacceptable because we had reserved enough beds so that we could all sleep comfortably as we were traveling with small children across the country this made the next day miserable for all of us. The rooms were dirty, I was afraid to have my children walk barefoot on the carpet it was filthy but the otherwise the rooms were okay and the beds were comfortable. ...read more
